How to send Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask
To send Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask, you must first copy your Ethereum address from MetaMask.
Then, navigate to your fiat and spot wallet on Binance and click on âWithdrawâ next to âETHâ to go to the withdrawal page.
On the withdrawal page, youâll be able to send Ethereum to MetaMask.
You can send Ethereum to MetaMask on the Binance withdrawal page by doing three things.
This includes pasting your Ethereum address from MetaMask, selecting the âERC20â network, and enter the amount of ETH that you want to send.
After youâve sent your Ethereum, the withdrawal process will take about 30 to 60 minutes to complete.
If there is network congestion, it might take more than 60 minutes to complete.
Here is how to send Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask:
1. Copy your ETH address from MetaMask
The first step is to copy your ETH (Ethereum) address from MetaMask.
To do that, you must first open the MetaMask extension on Chrome.
You can open the MetaMask extension by clicking on the puzzle icon on the top navigation bar of Chrome.
Next, click on the MetaMask extension to open it.
Then, log in to your MetaMask wallet or import it using your recovery phrase.
Once youâre in your wallet, make sure that the âEthereum Mainnetâ network is selected.
Lastly, click the duplicate icon to copy your ETH address.
2. Log in to your Binance account
Now that youâve copied your ETH address from MetaMask, you need to log in to your Binance account.
Firstly, go to the Binance website by clicking on this link: https://www.binance.com/.
You can also use the Binance mobile app for this.
However, weâll use the desktop version of Binance for the purpose of this guide.
Once youâre on Binance, click on âLog Inâ on the top navigation bar to go to the login page.
Enter your email address and password in the âEmailâ and âPasswordâ fields respectively.
Next, click on âLog Inâ to log in to your Binance account.
3. Navigate to your fiat and spot wallet
After youâve logged in to your Binance account, youâll land on the homepage.
Now, youâll need to navigate to your fiat and spot wallet where your Ethereum wallet is located.
On the top navigation bar, click on âWalletâ to expand it.
After youâve clicked on âWalletâ, a navigation drawer will open.
The navigation drawer contains multiple options.
This includes âOverviewâ, âFiat and Spotâ, âMarginâ, and more.
Click on âFiat and Spotâ to go to your fiat and spot wallet.
4. Click on âWithdrawâ next to âETHâ
After youâve clicked on âFiat and Spotâ, youâll land on the âFiat and Spotâ page.
On this page, youâll see your fiat and spot balance.
The page also contains a list of your cryptocurrency balances.
Scroll down the page until you reach the âCrypto Balanceâ header.
Under the âCrypto Balanceâ header, you need to find âEthereumâ.
On your Ethereum balance, youâll be able to buy, deposit, withdraw, trade, earn, or convert your Ethereum.
Click on âWithdrawâ next to âETHâ to go to the Ethereum withdrawal page.
5. Send your Ethereum to MetaMask
After youâve clicked on âWithdrawâ, youâll land on the Ethereum withdrawal page.
On the page, youâll see two dropdown boxes and two fields.
This includes âCoinâ, âAddressâ, âNetworkâ, and âAmountâ.
Firstly, make sure that âEthereumâ is selected from the âCoinâ dropdown box.
After âEthereumâ is selected, hereâs a step-by-step guide on what to do next:
Paste your ETH address from MetaMask (refer to step #1) in the âAddressâ field.
Select the âERC20â network from the âNetworkâ dropdown box.
Enter the amount of ETH that you want to send in the âAmountâ field.
Click on âWithdrawâ to send your Ethereum from Binance to MetaMask.
You can get your ETH address from MetaMask by following the first step.
Make sure that youâve selected the âERC20â network and not another network.
Otherwise, your funds will be lost and Binance will not be able to recover it for you.
Keep in mind that the minimum ETH withdrawal amount for the ERC20 network is 0.007.
In addition, if there is an ongoing system upgrade on Binance, you wonât be able to make withdrawals.
Withdrawals will be suspended until the system upgrade is complete.
